She later owned and operated a service business supporting builders and gained additional experience while working in the cybersecurity industry, where she developed a strong foundation in sales, marketing and strategic partnerships.

With hands-on experience in buying, selling, and managing real estate investments, as well as involvement in new construction projects, Maiza offers a well-rounded and practical understanding of the market.
